Limiting beliefs are the thoughts we tell ourselves that hold us back from reaching our full potential, like “I don’t have time,” “I’m not good enough,” or “I can’t do this.” These beliefs shape how we feel, influence what we do, and ultimately determine the results we see in life. The Empowered Action Framework helps you break this cycle by learning to notice, challenge, reframe, and act on your beliefs with intention. When you apply this process, you begin creating new patterns rooted in confidence, clarity, and growth.
