Teen Tuesday: Gratitude Changes Everything - Finding More Joy and Positivity in Everyday Life

  • Appleton Public Library 200 North Appleton Street Appleton, Wisconsin, 54911 United States (map)

Prepare for the new school year on a positive note! This interactive workshop is designed to help teens slow down, reflect, and focus on the good that still exists in life, even during stressful, frustrating, or overwhelming moments. Through conversation, reflection, and creative activities, participants will explore how gratitude can positively impact mindset, friendships, stress levels, confidence, and overall emotional well-being. This workshop is not about pretending everything is perfect, but instead learning how to notice small moments, personal strengths, supportive people, and everyday experiences that can help shift perspective and create more positivity, encouragement, and peace in daily life.

This program is for grades 6-12.

No registration required; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will close once capacity is reached.
